Chapter 16: Efficiency
Efficiency comes from simple and effective organizational habits and actions. People who are efficient have their days pre-planned, though with some room for flexibility. This starts with morning routines, exercise, self-care, meetings, daily goals, creative time, and attending to family responsibilities.
