My coaching approach is personalized.
In fact, I'm proud that most of my coaching clients only need one coaching session to have me precisely pinpoint the solution being sought.

Other coaching clients meet with me on a schedule to help build or strengthen leadership skills and habits with a personalized coaching program. Either way, we design your coaching collaboratively. I don't sell packages.
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes, and available remotely or in-person.
